Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India.

All orders are delivered through our logistics partner Shiprocket and its courier partners.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery.

Customers pay a small advance amount online when placing the order.

The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

Can I return my order?


Currently, returns are not accepted.
We offer exchange for size or style.

Can I exchange my dress?

Yes, we offer exchange for size or style.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for exchange:

• The product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags must be attached

• The item must be in original condition

Only one exchange per order is allowed

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

You can use this link to track your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Partial COD amount will be refunded.
